| sorry that i am filling up the forum with my topics (and pls delete them after they are solved) but it is harder to contact staff members lately. one of the problems is that we cannot use shout chat (it says we dont have enough pvps...) so how many pvps are we suposed to have. Also, i belive that we have some stats bloked... i dont see the fairness in that ( example: what can a sps do to a sph if they have the same casting spd?!?!? the higher casting speed is the advantage of the sps since he has lower m.atk).

| u need 50 pvp, so I guess it's pretty too much...
And SPH and Necro or most OP classes atm here, that needs to be fixed.

| Shout change will be used after 50 pvp's and trade chat after 100. I don't want all to use this chat. We made limit for stats that will be changed (increased)
