| I've do Olympiad on our server and i want to tell about Fear skill from mage
I know Fear +30 chance have a good chance for land it .
Im only one a noob duelist report about this Mage skills .
today i do 4 times olympiad and meet mages .
I go with Lion heart ( resist debuffs 80% ) and why i still get fear with 1 click of skills ? Oly started -> /useskill Curse of Fear -> and Im run like a patetic boy cuz of Fear effect .
well i want to ask . what's chance of Fear skill ? 80% resist of debuffs still earn fear effect ?
I think its to high .
Lion heart is only one a good skill for resist debuffs .
so please some of staff ( Glorious come to see about my post and reply this plz )
tell me what's chance of that fear skill +30 ?

| i did 2 fights on my OL (with almost 4k mdef and resist debuff buffs). 2 fights = 4/4 fears and Imanaged to do 1 hit during 2 fights. Seems that it shouldn't be that way...
