| First of all make porting on flag impossible... Ppl keep runnign away from pvp when they are about to lose all time.
Second thing is that u changed all debuffs landrate, now OL is useless. All my seals +30 are landing like 1/15. Seriously w/o seals OL cannot win a single pvp :< Dreaming Spirit has like 1% chance and fear is even lower..
